Before purchasing from Sliding Door Wardrobe, please review our Refund and Returns Policy carefully. It will help you understand if you are eligible for a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Conditions for Returns
- Receipt Required: To complete a return, you need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original condition. Partial refunds may apply if:
- The item is not in its original condition or has been damaged or is missing parts not due to our error.
- The item is not in its original packaging damage or opened box.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- The return does not include original tags, warranty cards, accessories, freebies, and user manuals.
- The item is not in its original packaging/box.
Replacement
We aim to process replacements as quickly as possible, typically within 2 weeks, but it may take up to 2 weeks depending on availability.
Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product and its condition. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of the returned items and the expected refund time.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@slidingdoorwardrobe.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item
You may return a product under these conditions:
- Damaged or Defective: If the product is physically damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.
- Incorrect Product: If the item does not match the description on our website or is missing parts.
- Change of Mind: If you no longer need the product or changed your mind. Returns for this reason are only accepted if you notify us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition.
Damaged Products
Report any damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or replacements for issues reported after this period.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable. If there’s a pricing error on the Site, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order. If you’ve already paid, you will receive a full refund if the order is canceled.
Exchanges
We offer refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us via email. Replacement processing may take up to 2 weeks.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Deposit Policy
- Custom Orders: Deposits are required for custom sizes, colors, special deliveries, or other special requirements.
- Order Changes/Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or change your order after placement. This includes cases where you refuse delivery or cancel after the delivery attempt, as delivery charges (between £50 and £150) are incurred.
