Delivery and Shipping Policy for Sliding Door Wardrobe

 

Delivery Zones and Charges

  • Free Delivery: Free delivery is available exclusively for the England zone on our delivery map, provided that the total purchase amount is at least £300.

  • Additional Charges: For deliveries to the Scotland and Wales zones, 40 Pound additional shipping fees will apply. These charges will be calculated and updated automatically by our order system at checkout.

 

🚫 Delivery Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to the following postal codes and locations:

KW, ZE, HS, BT, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, and Channel Islands.

If your delivery address falls within any of these areas, please note that your order will not be processed, and it may be cancelled and refunded. We kindly request customers to check their postcode before placing an order.

Plan Your Delivery

  • Customer Satisfaction: We strive to work according to the preferences and needs of our clients. Our goal is to align the delivery schedule with your convenience.
  • Delivery Notification: Our trained and professional delivery drivers will inform you about the delivery of your goods 30 minutes prior to arrival. Please be aware that this notification may occur while you are away from home.
  • Delivery Presence: To ensure a smooth delivery process, we ask that you be present at the delivery location at the agreed-upon time. If you are unable to be present, please contact us at WhatsApp +44 741 269 9977 as soon as possible to arrange a solution.
  • Avoid Additional Charges: Timely communication helps us avoid additional shipping charges by allowing us to reschedule your delivery if necessary.

Delivery Times

  • Normal Schedule: Standard delivery times range from 10 AM to 10 PM on working days. In rare cases, weekend deliveries may be available, and we will notify you in advance if this is an option.
  • Delivery Window: We generally deliver within 1 to 10 working days from the order date if the goods are in stock. However, the normal delivery process may take up to 4 weeks. In some cases, delivery may be delayed up to 10 weeks.
  •  Delivery cost: we offer free delivery to our customers whereas we pay for every single delivery we cost us between £40-£90 depending on postcode and £110 for Scotland. If any customer want to return the product without having any issues and because of the size they have to Endurance the delivery cost. 
  • Urgent Shipments: For urgent delivery requests, please provide complete order details (including delivery address and desired date and time) so we can assess feasibility and accommodate your needs if possible.
  • Multiple Items: Orders with multiple items will be delivered together once all items are available in stock.

On the Day of Delivery

  • Failed Delivery Charges: If you are not present at the delivery location at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge a minimum of £25 and maximum of £90 for a failed delivery. This fee may vary depending on the courier service used.
  • Delivery Location: Goods will be delivered to the doorstep of your premises. We do not provide delivery upstairs or into the house beyond the doorstep. If you require items to be carried upstairs, you assume full responsibility for any associated risks or damages.
  • Assembly and Installation: Our delivery drivers do not assemble or install furniture. If you require assembly services, please arrange this in advance.

Carry Items Upstairs:

Please note that if a lift is not available and our delivery team is required to carry the item upstairs, an additional charge of £10 per floor will apply. This amount must be paid at the time of delivery.

 

Important Note:

Through this page, we used the term “Carry Items Upstairs” so many times, and it is important that you understand what we mean. The expression “Carry Items Upstairs” refers to apartments that are located beyond (above) the ground floor. Please note that if a lift is not available and our delivery team is required to carry the item upstairs, an additional charge of £10 per floor will apply. This amount must be paid at the time of delivery.

Acceptance of Goods

  • End User Acceptance: If you are acting as the end user (customer), you are responsible for accepting the goods within 5 days of delivery to your location. Once accepted, you cannot reject the goods as this would constitute a violation of the contract.
